Remove approx. 8.2 linear metres of benchtop & cabinetry (bottom cabinetry 2.1m, top cabinetry 1.8m, benchtop 2.1m, tall cupboard 1.2m) and reinstatement
Disconnect electrics (2 double GPOs, 2 standard light fittings) and reinstate and reconnect electrics, testing for correct operation.
Isolate plumbing and remove (tapware set to sink, tapware set to washing machine & laundry sink), reinstate and reconnect plumbing, testing for correct operation.
Disconnect & remove 1 washing machine & 1 dryer, reinstate testing for correct operation.
Isolate water supply to structure from mains, reinstate pipe works to new wall/structure, including water pipes and waste.
Install props to support roof of lean-to structure during demolition process.
Demolition of double brick wall abutting lean-to structure (approx 3.2m high x 5.5m wide), including footing & underpinning.
Note: Neighbouring site abutting rear wall, will be available for access and demolition works.
Repair concrete footings (if required), for timber frame wall of lean-to structure, ensuring boundary allocations are met.
Repair timber frame wall of lean-to (if required) ensuring that it is built to code.
Supply and install exterior cement sheeting & weather barrier to new wall (approx 17.6 sqm), to meet FRL 60/60/60.
Patch-up plasterboard ceiling (if required)
