I have some rough plans of the house I want to build. What I require is someone who can provide an estimate, draft up the plans, complete the council approval process and build the house.
If you cannot provide all of the above services, please do not respond as I am not looking for a builder who needs a draft drawn up and submitted before being able to provide an estimate. I am after someone who provides all the services so there is only one point of contact.
The work is to construct a two story house which will be a duplex extension to the current house.
