Plans and permits have been approved for construction, all building drawings have been issued. All reports i.e. HERS, SOil Tests, Slab Engineering etc. have been completed and available.
Specifications have been written and will be provided as part of initial discussion. The project requires detailed costings before a final decision is made to proceed.
