Enclose front porch to existing home

Tony requested 2 quotes from Builders in Mount Eliza

Existing home has a large front porch under the roof line on a concrete slab. It is required to enclose this area through relocating front door and create entry area and study. Provision of lintels will be required but there will be no new load-bearing walls. Outside walls will be rendered.
- Drawings are available - builder to obtain permit. Owner will supply some materials.
- This is one phase of a larger renovation and a successful outcome will most likely lead to further work.
