Enclosure of dual parking space and installation of automatic tilt door

Enclosure of dual parking space in apartment building, installation of round earth pin plug wired from existing overhead light to power automatic door opener, S&I automatic door opener with 3-4 x remotes and S&I tilt-a-door. (The parking space is not permitted to be fully enclosed like a traditional garage).
Door should be perforated zincalume or other appropriate material.
(a) Door opening dimensions: 5790mm (w) x 2100mm (h).
Two fire sprinklers run into the parking space and an infill we be required above the door.
(b) Infill above door: 5790mm (w) x 290mm (h).
The double carspace has some adjoining concrete pillars that can be used to attach the side panels. The body corporate has specified that the side panels must be welded mesh (approx 50mm spacing in the mesh),
(c) Due to the placement of concrete pillars four (4) panels will be required to enclose the sides of the car space. The approximate panel dimensions (w) x (h) are:
Panel A. 3200mm x 2390mm
Panel B. 1970mm x 2390mm
Panel C. 990mm x 2390mm
Panel D. 420mm x 2390mm (This is the maximum width for this panel. Due to the shape of the wall the lowest 600mm of length can only be 360mm wide).
The back of the parking space is brick/concrete wall and does not require enclosing.
Off-street parking is available (subject to vehicle height restrictions) while the works are being completed. Body Corporate has specified that works can only be undertaken Mon-Fri.
