We are looking at possible improvements to our home and options include the addition of an ensuite and/or conversion of garage. We are looking for no obligation quotes from appropriate builders/tradespersons to undertake the work. This would include appropriate organisation of permits and planning requirements. Minor descriptions as below.
Ensuite: There is sufficient space within main bedroom for ensuite construction and stumped house should mean that plumbing and services shouldn't be an issue. May require also the construction of walkthrough robe.
Garage Conversion: Single bricked garage abuts house and we are looking at converting into a family room. Extent of conversion would depend on budget, but may include knocking through a wall into dining area.
