Requirements - Would like to start ASAP on the deck at least to have the deck done by 10/1/10.
1/ Low Level DECK - approx 70sqm
2/ Entertainment Area Cover approx 6X5.5
3/ Brick/Cladded Shed/Garage with Toilet + Shower. (No. 3 can be done anytime - no great rush but it needs to be incorporated into the design as the roof will run from Ent Cover and join the Garage) Approx 7.5 x 3.5
We are looking to build an Entertainment Area which comprises of a Deck at just above ground level which wraps around the pool. Approx 70sqm Deck. In addtion to this, we want an approx 6x5.5m Cover with either tiles or pressed tile pattern colourbond style roofing (which we can provide the supplier of) The entertaining area will preferably be hip however gable could be accomodated.
Garage/Shed will have front/rear roller doors with shower/toilet. There will also be a 2.7x approx 22m driveway with stencil. We can arrange to have this done by the guy that did our other driveway if required.
We would like to speak with someone who can do the whole job. Every aspect including drawings (i can tell you exactly what I want). Building approvals, Electrical/Plumbing. We want a price to do the job and a timeline. We are willing to pay a reasonable price to get the job done. BSA licence required and we will enter a fixed price contract to get the job done.
Ideally, I would like the deck built prior to 10th Jan when we have visitors arriving- work can be done whilst visiters are here however - noting that the poles may be sticking through the deck if the overhead cover has not been done - thats fine.
