Would like to extend back of the house with a new kitchen, new laundry, small 3rd bedroom (all under flat roof) and then build a verandah/decking area to meet existing back room.
basically, the back wal of the house needs to be partly removed, kitchen plumbing moved to centre of house and study/small bathroom and laundry to replace existing laundry and toilet.
