We would like to extend our house at the back. a new kitchen, second shower and toilet, open up existing rooms for better open plan living. a pitched roof is desired rather than scillion. exterior walls to be brick as near matching original colour given the house is 30 plus years old. i have requested response within 2 weeks but understand if it will be longer. no plans have been drawn as yet. flooring will be stumps and timber to match existing house.
