Problem
need a bathroom renovation. the bathroom is very small and needs to be extended. currently the toilet is in the bathroom and would like this to be in a separated
would like a deck on the rear of the house to increase living area
the back wall of the house needs to be pushed out to extend the original bathroom and fully renovate this area. this area would need to be reconfigured to have a separate toilet.
would also like to add a deck to the rear of the highset house. the roof of the deck needs to be extended from the original house.roof line. i would envisage the bathroom to be under this roof line. the deck needs to lined to ensure easy cleaning of the area
the house is located in a non demolition area so need to be in style of original house
