Single-level extension to the rear of a 1950s two bedroom brick veneer home to include new kitchen, dining room, family room and timber deck as well as reworking and renovation of existing layout. existing house is 111 sq metres. proposed addition is 67 sq metres and deck verandah 22 sq metres.
working drawings have been completed by a draftsman and engineer and will be provided along with relevant specifications to assist with cost estimation. building permit to be applied for following any changes to drawings identified during consultation with builder.
energy efficiency and rainwater capture and supply to household are an integral component so ideally we would like the builder to have some experience/knowledge in this area or access to suitable tradespeople. use of recycled materials where possible would be viewed favourably.

Failed to show up for initial appoinment and then failed to return subsequent phone call. Why bother responding in the first place? Time wasters. I would recommend people take their business elsewhere as this company don't understand the concept of customer service.
