Approx 2.5 x 5.5m ground floor extension off back of house with decking and verandah. I have initial plans thatt have been drawn up by and architect to start estimates. This is a basic flat roof extension without any plumbing required. It will be a rumpus room opening with folding doors onto a lag deck area that is covered by a verandah for an indoor. Plan can be emailed if required.
