Hi there,
the detail of work for the renovation:
1. Master Bedroom:
- New ceiling and installed with simple cornice.
- brick block at some part of existing window.
- plaster board for extension for walk in wardrobe.
- concrete cutting as disscussion with you.
- add on ensuite bathroomfloor, (shower glass, toilet, wash basin, tile wall to the top) ,and brick block for half of the orginal window.
2. another bedroom only ripped outthe old wardrobe.
3. main bathroom:
- All internal renovation as the floor plan.(floor, shower glass, toilet, wash basin, tile wall to the top)
- add plaster board in entrance alteration.
4. back extension
- demolish all the existing asbestos at the back and garage
- add on new kitchen:
- add on new laundry room:
- all new ceiling and installed with simple cornice.
- all porcelain floor on the new extension.
- alteration tile roof as floor plan
- external wall is brick veener with plaster board inside.
- new awning and deck.
- new eave and gutter for the extension.
