Build under queenslander adding two bedrooms,bathroom,living,garage . Upstairs requires reroof and deck area ,new kitchen and bathroom, then repaint. I'm looking for a builder who is familiar this older style building. Also is tidy, organized and a non smoker . I know what I want as far as kitchen,tiles, paint color etc. The plans should be out of council by late August and would like to start asap after that.The area is Toowong.
