We have a 1970s brick and tile house which we would like to renovate fully. additions to the existing structure include a master bedroom (and ensuite) built off the front of the house & a covered entertaining area at the rear (including some excavation & retaining walls). internal work includes removal of a couple of walls; changing out of existing doors and windows; & creating a media room in existing garage under house. the reaminder of the existing house will be fully refurbished (i.e. new kitchen. bathroom, tiles throughout etc)
going for a modern minimalist style interior and looking for a draftsman who is able to give us advice on design and layout (though we have a pretty good idea of what we are after).
