We are at the stage where we have the soil test completed and plans drawn. need to find a reliable builder who can give us a quote for the work (as per plans) and also someone who can start work early next year if possible. we have a new baby on the way (due 5th april) and were hoping to get most of the work completed before then. we haven't had much luck so far! second time a builder has cancelled on us.
