I have seen a house that I like to buy, but it is too small for our family. I like the house and have a vision of an extension using recycled glass, metal, mubrick etc. The extension would comprise of a fmaily room, a bedroom and an ensuite. As well as some sort of decking outside the family area. As we are in the Hornsby area, there are restrictions on materials that are not fire resistant, so I know there will be some issues along the way.
