I require a builder to perform the demolition of the existing skillion on our weatherboard Cal Bungalow and replace with an extension with dimensions of approx 10m x 7m. The extension is to include Kitchen/meals, bathroom, toilet and laundry. Have already sourced kitchen appliances plus sink, tapware, laundry sink and floor tiles for wet areas. Plans and engineering have been done with inclusion of an upstairs room but the focus at the moment is getting the ground floor extension done. The upstairs area can wait until the future. We have a permit application with a building surveying company and they are waiting on builders details before approval can be granted.
