Looking for builder to draw up plans for, and build:
- Approx 5 x 4 extension to lounge room to create new kitchen.
- Approx 10 x 4 deck next to kitchen extension
- Approx 4 x 7 extension to end of house for 1 x new bedroom, extend existing bedroom and ensuite.
I dont have certified plans but do have rough electronic drawing to give an idea.
