Extension off house not attached . One large room 4x8 m. Attached to patio 8 x 6 m which goes to back sliding door with car port 8 x 10 m all under one roofline. On stumps approx 1 m off ground. No foundation on carport. Gable roofing all along extension. Wood flooring for room and patio. 1 m high railing around patio with steps going into carport. Have architect plans done. No council permit.
