Conversion of laundry to combined new shower (toilet already there) and vanity retrofit to take plumbing of whitegoods.
Timber looking tiles in all 3 bedrooms.
Removal of one internal wall in bedroom to make one big one.
Additional 2 bedrooms with another 3rd bathroom/shower/tub in extended part.
New Kitchen outside in extended area.
New Flyover skillion roof 3.2 x 7m also with timber looking tiles on slab.
Decking around above pool area with outdoor shower
adding approximately 88m2.
