Deborah requested 3 quotes from Builders in Double Bay
Remove storage cupboard under main stair or fire rate the enclosure. Remove bread/milk boxes or close up with fire rated material. Install self closing fire doors to each sole occupancy unit (9 units in total - some may already be fire safe). Modify the existing balustrading and handrails so that gaps are no great than 125mm. Builder will need to know specs of fire safety as not sure if all doors need replacing. I can provide the Building Code of Australia assessment & Fire Safety Audit Report which contains all details.
