the restaurant site is at:
1698 burwood hwy, belgrave.
pls advise if we needed council permit for fittings. it was a printing shop before. the ex-restaurant downstairs has a permit. the premises (ex-printing shop) needs to be fitted with bainmarie, sink, floor tiles, walls to be painted and lighting to be done. do we have to get the council permission for this. please let us know if a quote is possible and will the quote be obligation free
