our verandah has been making noises and creaks for the past 2 weeks. we have noticed there are water leaks in the plaster ceiling underneath. not sure if that is causing the noises or if there is structural damage. need help in figuring out if it can be salvaged or not. tin verandah sheet, half outdoor, half indoor. the noises are getting louder as the days and nights progress. need help please! will need a plasterer for the ceiling, plumber for flashing and water protection, but really need a builder asap to see what is going on.
