convert garage to bedroom /lounge all in one with enclosed ensuite and walk in robe. fit colonial doors where existing garage roller door is and where garage window is replace and lengthen to full size window. fix ceilings, fit plumbing to ensuite, put walls up to cover internal brickwork and check electrics for lighting and raise flooring to comply with creating living areas over the top of a concrete slab. insulate also.
regarding ensuite, the garage is directly under the house and behind the garage is under house storage, this is the area where we would want the ensuite so another window may need to be put there to allow natural lighting.and a concrete slab may need to be poured where the ensuite would go as currently that is paved and just dirt.
