We are looking at converting our current double garage into a home studio. Will need insulation put in walls and roof, stud wall against garage door, some electrics done to install powerpoints and new lighting. Demolition of existing cabinetry to make way for cupboards we will buy from IKEA.
No plumbing required, no windows need installing. We will arrange carpeting separately as well as do our own painting and will have split system installed.
