Convert garage-single skin brick on concrete slab approx 9m x 3m presumably with no dampcourse, flat “tin” roof in good condition on exposed beams. Quote to convert rear half:waterproofing, ceiling, & construction of dividing wall. Waterproofing – I think penetrative type to walls and floor. Wall to split the rear from the front, which I intend to keep as garage. Ceiling & insulation, I’m thinking Ceilink900 from Insulite will achieve both as head height to rafters is quite low. There is power to the area. While not damp-proofed, the area seems reasonable dry, ie is not subject to water/wetness from any surrounding area. There is a door and window to the side at rear. Please do not provide a quote with a range in the tens of thousands. I’m happy to discuss but I do want a ball park quote.
