Looking to convert the current garage at the back of the bouse into a simple rumpus room.
Need to: -
- Fill in the wall where the garage door is
- Put weathboards up where garage door is
- Replace the roof on top of garage
- Put in a floating timber floor on existing slab
- Replace two windows, one to be walled in, the other to a larger window to match existing window.
- and possibly put in 2 or 3 down lights, if not able to do this then we have electrician who can do this.
Looking to get this done over the next 3 months, just need a quote and date to start so we can get moving.
