1. wanting to create lounge room from concrete patio area. approx 4.4 x 4.3 metres... including putting in approx 3.2 m timber sliding door, electrical, timber flooring, ect.
plans currently being drawn up.
2. small bathroom... less than 4 square metres. will be fully stripped and i will supply all tiles, shower screen, taps, sink/vanity and toilet. require waterproofing/tiling (walls and floor), small amount of electrical and plumbing connections (new items will go back where old ones were so little plumbing to be done), and replacing small window.
3. bedroom: creating new door way and walling in current entrance way.
