New extension to rear and side of home comprising of new living area, kitchen (shell only), bedroom and ensuite. Approx 50m of building area. House is weatherboard californian with 10ft ceilings. House on flat land with good front access and rear access via lane. Home has already had some concrete restumping. Dependant of project costs, additional scoping for new timber framed garage with weatherboards to match home at rear also.
Planning permits has been granted already and open to works being undertaken in the next few months. Plenty of parking in the area for trade /construction vehicles.
