My downstairs office area (approx 4.5m x 6m area) of my high-set home is in need of the following:
* walls to be gyprocked
* new doorway to be created
* ceiling to be gyprocked
* create built-in bookshelves on existing brick wall, with glass-front doors
* fit out a small 1.5m x 1.5m store room to be a storage cupboard with shelving
* possibly create new window in existing brick wall
we will be working with an electrician separately to install new lighting.
