We have an existing sunroom which has been hastily put together by existing owner which measures approx 1.8m x 3.5m. We want to increase the room size and the existing structure will need to be demolished. The new sun room will measure approx 5.3m x 4m with cement rendered blueboard and a flat roof. Will need one light and a couple of power points. One side will be a sliding door which opens out to a deck/pergola which also needs to be constructed.
The deck/pergola will measure approx 6m x 4m and will be built of timber. It will have the same flat roof as the adjoining sunroom and would need a ceiling covering the deck/pergola.
Job is in Ryde (2112) and will need assistance with plans and council approval.
