Extension to rear of existing house. Adding 2 bedrooms both including ensuite, I can provide plans (Existing & Proposed Extension). Total extension is approx 45sqm. All plans have been drawn up inc soil reports, technical specs, just awaiting Council Approval.
Looking at having work commence within the next 4-6 weeks depending on price.
I have applied for and received approval as an owner builder for this project so will work with multiple trades.
My preference is to have a builder who can show photos & details of work they have previously performed. Please ensure you are able to provide this type of information before contacting me.
