I require a quote for a home renovation/extension project in Gymea, NSW. The project requires the following:
1. Approx 4.5 metre extension off the back of the existing house
2. Addition of a bedroom (approx 4.5 by 4 metres) which is part of the prior mentioned 4.5 metre extension
3. Kitchen renovation (we've already selected the kitchen to be supplied)
4. Bathroom renovation
5. Demolish existing laundry and outside toilet and relocation
6. Addition of a study/office
7. Conversion of an existing bedroom into a walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite off main bedroom
I have a high level outline of our requirements (simply for quoting only). The outline also has existing and proposed plans as an example (not formal plans). Proposed floor plans are also available as an image if required for better viewing.
The following information at a minimum is also required as part of any prospective winning quote:
1. Builder registration and licensing

3. Outline of proposed work (scope of works)
4. Examples of previous works conducted on time
5. Proposed commencement times
6. Proposed completion times
