Please quote on the following jobs. Separately would be great, ballpark figures are fine for sub jobs so we can allocate funding and decide if it can all be done at once or we will need to wait between jobs.
• Relocate back door from south wall to west wall. Fill in of door cavity once moved.
• Decking area along rear of house, extending to “entertaining area” towards northwest corner. Approx dimensions for a table and barbecue area to L shape out from NW corner. Roofing in colorbond, balustrading along northern edge and western edge of table area.
• Plinth boards along bottom of house to be fitted.
• Repair front door frame to suit door / repair damage to door from frame movement.
• Removal of wall partitions between SW corner toilet and hallway, hallway and laundry if possible.
• Front landing area approximately where current concrete landing sits, extending out to current boundaries of garden bedding. Balustrading and roofing covering area.
• Repairs to roofing beams in kitchen (NW corner) to suit plaster board. Fitment of plaster board and making good if possible.
• Fitment of door to front bedroom (NE corner – master bedroom). Owner to paint.
