We have planning permission already, and have sourced local suppliers with plans for the colourbond patio and carport. We are looking to move to the builders permit stage, and are looking to have overall job completed by end of 2010. The job consists of an additional room, a rebuild of a lean to annexe, and the extension of current dining room and refit of kitchen (we will be guided by builder if you want to design or if we go to a third party kitchen supplier). The roofline of planned build is straight out (planned specifically by architect to ease overall build). We are really keen to have somone manage the project for us and complete (fingers crossed) by end of 2010. We can assist as much as posisble by ensuring workspace cleared and ready to go. We are located in Seaholme (near Altona) so prefer someone who has no problems working out West.
