Currently in a 3 bedroom brick veneer house and have council approved plans and engineers drawings to extend forward 2 rooms (new living and bedroom) and upstairs 3 rooms (rumpus, bedroom and ensuite). Intend to commence work Feb/March 2014.
Extension to be in Linea Scyon weatherboard and replace terracota tiles with colorbond to match new build.
