Total ground floor is 135m2, total first floor is 127m2. First floor included 3bed rooms, 1Ens, and 1 bath combined toilet. Ground floor, raise ceilings from 2430m to 2700mm , keep laundry, toilet and one bedroom. Black windows frames, and black roof. Please quote without the kitchen, bath rooms and toilets on the first floor, but included in labor to install them. Budget is between $190k-$210k.
