I would like to convert my carport to a garage and change the entrance of the house to include a portico. It will also need a rumpus room extension to the side of the house that leads to a sheltered and paved alfresco. The room next to the kitchen needs to be opened up that will turned into a dinning area. The bathroom & toilet needs to be relocated from the left side of the house to the right side. There will also be a new bathroom and toilet for the 2nd storey. Have done the architecture plan and only need the builder to provide quotation and obtain building permit.
