I require a builder to fit three windows into an established besserblock wall in a granny flat. The builder will need to liaise with a window supplier to obtain the windows and then fit them. Two windows will be standard size with one window being placed in each of the two bedrooms, whilst the third window (600 x 600 with non-see through glass) will be in the bathroom. All windows are to be white powder coated with security screens and locks. The builder will need to cut into an established besserblock wall and will need to finish the surrounds to match the existing paint once installed.
