Install a Stratco Dutch gable pergola
Shane requested 3 quotes from Builders in Angle Vale
Require installation of a Stracto steel Dutch gable pergola, by licensed builder. 14230x4500mm, attached on one side (14230mm side) to existing house. Footings are to be in ground.
All of the pergola materials are already onsite and council approval has been obtained. Other installation materials such as concrete for posts will need factored into any quote.
Rafter strengthening/attachment brackets are required (already included in kit) to be installed. This will require the builder to install in conjunction with existing rafter strengthening (hoop iron ties and some extra timber added due to W41 wind area)
The pergola is to be installed over an existing paved (with pavers) area. Underground services (sewer and storm water) traverse the installation area however should not impede installation.
Installation only is required. Require a fixed price all-inclusive quote that includes all work, extra materials and hire/machinery costs etc.
