I am looking for a builder to undertake some small jobs at my property in Preston, Victoria that includes:
1. install expanded polystyrene foam board and render to match existing on the second storey of a residential home;
2. install and paint (2 coats) cement sheet eaves on the 1st and 2nd storey of the house; and
3. install a replacement flue pipe from the ducted heating system.
The 2nd storey walls currently have cladding which will be removed prior to installation of the foam board. All existing eaves will be removed and the area clean to install new cement eaves and the current flue will be removed prior to installation of a new flue.
The contractor will be required to install appropriate barriers in accordance with Work Safety Guidelines.
