The dwelling is separated into 2 separate entrances, and has a mixture of brick and timber construction. It is believed to be built in the 1970s. We would like a building and pest inspection, with a particular focus on the external timber components of the house, the roof and its existing insulation, and the guttering throughout. We are interested in the condition of the dwelling (internal and external), the expected longevity of the various parts of the dwelling and an indication of what would need to be fixed and how much these can potentially cost. Ideally the work would be carried out early next week with report received by COB Wednesday 17 July at the latest. The owners of the dwelling are currently away and access can be easily obtain via managing real estate agent (this has already been confirmed by the agent).
