First floor deck( also 3.6 x 6m) to be 1/2 enclosed room ( ie: 3.6 x 3.9m) clad timber frame with alloy frame windows + sliding entry door ready for carpeting. Remainder of deck in 90mm hardwood decking with hardwood railing. Site photos + plans available.
