Construction of a new 2 bedroom granny flat in the Fairfield area (60 square meters floor area). Approval has been obtained, project won, currently obtaining quotations for all structural and services trades as I will be managing this job, only until lockup stage.
Required all structural trades:
- Concretor (S&I; detail excavation, steel fixing, bedding, blinding, concrete place)
- Timber Framing (S&I; Walls, roof framing, all bracing, fixings as per AS)
- Bricklayer (Install only; all materials supplied, lay rate only face brick, separate rate cuts/sills)
- Roofer (S&I; both supply and install or install only quotes, incl gutters, protection, DP by others, allow for cutouts etc).
- Plumbing (S&I; all in ground plumbing + connection to existing, sewerage, water, plumbing to wet areas)
- Electrical (S&I; all electrical services)
- Mechanical (S&I; all mechanical services)
- Windows
