The load bearing wall between the kitchen and laundry needs to be replaced with a steel beam, plumbing in the laundry relocated. Stud wall errected for the new, smaller laundry. Kitchen pulled out and ceiling of kitchen/laundry plastered. Vinyl lifted and boards polished that are in place already. Final task is painting it all. Couple of other minor bits that may get swept up also depending on cost as they are less important, both plaster based. Plans not required based on Council confirmation.
