Knock out existing wall to incorporate existing kitchen area and laundry into family room
create provision for a kitchen servery ( we don't want a new kitchen work at this stage). integrate ceiling area to laundry and family room fix new gyprock ceiling and walls. replace the two small windows in laundry on the north side of house to make one large double window. house is made of weatherboardd/plaster board/fibro cement. i don't expect that a simple job like this should require the expense of drawing and submissions for building permit etc. but will be guided by professional recommendations.
