There is a wall between our kitchen and lounge room. I would like to knock this wall out to a bench height so it makes the room appear more open plan. (and then the light from the kitchen goes to the lounge room).
I have an engineer report already (whixh states it is not a weight bearing wall and should be fine to remove)
I am just waiting approval from Strata (which should take place this week).
