the house is made in the 70s asbestos roof,it is 3 bed upsatirs 1 downstairs with garage.we need to add 3 extra bed rooms and new bathrooms,new roof,guttering,kitchen etc.will it be cheaper to knockdown and rebuild or reno.we only have a budget of $230 and a $40 contingency.advice please
