Large architecturally designed weatherboard house with huge angular floor to ceiling windows. Sun and weather damgage to external timber, rotten and cracking weather boards, beading and window sealant is causing storm water leaking into internal walls and severe mould and water damage. We are seeking urgent repair of external leaks ASAP first. Some re-plastering inside will also be needed later but we can use a separate contractor for this if needed.
